Undesired Printing Effect

The following factors will lead in the undesired printing effect:

(1) ink is mixed with other kinds of ink upon use, or the ink cartridge contains other kinds of ink before, and upon mounting CISS, the jet head is not cleaned with cleaning solution;

(2) Printing is set up improperly.

(3) The printing media is not supporting.

Resolution:

(1) Do not mix CISS with other kinds of ink; please clean the jet head with cleaning solution upon installing CISS;

(2) Select “Senior” setting from the main window of “Printing Property”, select “ICM” in the option of “Color Management”, and start to print. Please refer to the installation and usage of various printers for details.

(3) Use some printing media passed the testing.
