    Killed Lines

1.  Prior to installing CISS, use the ink cartridge to check against killed lines. After CISS is installed, lines will always be broken however it is cleaned.

Resolution: To clean the jet head with dedicated cleaning solution and then print 30 minutes afterwards.

2.  Time of printer not printing for over one week.

Cause: Ink is dried and jet head is blocked.

Resolution: The clean the jet head with dedicated cleaning solution and soak it for 8 hours before printing.

 3. Unsound ink or improper ink is used.

Cause: The jet head is blocked.

Resolution: The clean the jet head with dedicated cleaning solution and soak it for 8 hours, then clean with mightiness before printing.

  4.  Ageing printing head

Cause: Unsound ink is used, which has eroded the printing head.

Many users of unsound ink will encounter such case after having used for 3-6 months. The trouble cannot be removed by cleaning in whatever ways.

Resolution: Exchange the jet head.
