      Resolution of such Chips as R260/R265/R270 Unidentified

Sometimes chips will not be identified, as shown below:

        Resolution:

        Method 1: Follow the step below.

        Enter into the option of “How”, follow the steps shown and do not take out the ink cartridge.

       Method 2: Restart printer

       If the foregoing method cannot work, it’s possibly because the chips are damaged, please replace the chips.
